Writing Through Sound
March 30 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
An event every month that begins at 3:00pm on day Last of the month, repeating until May 26, 2019
Bring your favorite notebook and join us for a writing session guided by sound healers. Each session will begin with a brief check-in and intention-setting, then will move into an hour of writing while the space resonates with sonic energy. The sessions will close with a playful entrainment activity and an opportunity to share.
This class will be offered at the Urban Retreat Center (1227A Folsom) by donation, no one will be turned away for lack of funds. To reserve a spot, please contact Elizabeth@liberationinstitute.org
